Denial clauses

The published grounds on which this firm can refuse or void a payout, quoted verbatim from its own terms. Where the firm advertises “no denials” and publishes refusal grounds elsewhere, both are noted.

Related Accounts rule

Apex publishes a “Related Accounts” rule (apextraderfunding.com/trading-rules) that triggers payout denial / account termination when the same household / IP / group is detected. In 2025 this rule was applied retroactively to deny payouts on accounts traders believed were independent, producing sustained trader anger across r/AppexTraderFunding threads. Enforcement was partially loosened afterwards.

Consistency rule (50%)

Apex 4.0 (effective 1 March 2026) raised the consistency requirement from 30% to 50%: no single day may exceed 50% of total profit at the point of a payout request.

Lifetime payout cap

A lifetime cap of six payments applies per Performance Account; on reaching the cap the account closes. Marketed alongside “NO Payout Denials” on the Apex homepage.
