Denial clauses

The published grounds on which this firm can refuse or void a payout, quoted verbatim from its own terms. Where the firm advertises “no denials” and publishes refusal grounds elsewhere, both are noted.

News-trading reduced credit (CFD funded)

On FundedNext CFD funded accounts, trades opened or closed within ±5 minutes of a listed high-impact news event credit only 40% of the profits to the trader; losses are fully borne. The rule does not apply in the Challenge phases. The Futures arm of FundedNext has no news-trading rules.

Chargeback without prior contact (terms-of-service 7.9)

FundedNext terms-of-service clause 7.9 requires the customer to contact support before approaching a bank, issuer or card scheme; clause 7.9.2 provides for a $25 administrative charge per chargeback, recovery of costs, account closure and referral to collections; clause 2.8 states that filing without prior contact “may be treated as an indication of abuse”. Under the futures terms, a disputed account is paused and future performance rewards may be set off against the disputed sum.
