First paid event is the $2 reward on passing Step 1. Funded-stage payouts trigger on each 10% scaling target; the homepage advertises a 16-hour average payout time without publishing it as a settlement SLA. A $4,000 fixed payout is set at $350K-$450K and a $10,000 fixed payout at the $500K scaling cap.

Denial clauses

The published grounds on which this firm can refuse or void a payout, quoted verbatim from its own terms. Where the firm advertises “no denials” and publishes refusal grounds elsewhere, both are noted.

Account multiplication (one-account-per-user)

The5ers Terms of Service state: “We allow only one Account per User. Multiple accounts for the same User are forbidden.” Shared or joint accounts are likewise forbidden, and the account may not be transferred. The Prohibited Trading Practices FAQ groups this with “Account Sharing or Reselling accounts with other individuals or entities” and “Account Management Services ‘Pass your Challenge’”.

Hedge / cross-account arbitrage

The Prohibited Trading Practices FAQ lists “Hedge Arbitrage Trading” (buying and selling the same pair on different accounts to exploit pricing inefficiencies) and “Reverse Arbitrage Trading”, together with “Cross-operator coordinated trading, performed alone or in concert with other persons across accounts held with different providers” including simultaneously entering opposite positions. Holding opposing positions on correlated instruments to artificially distribute profit across multiple days is also listed.

News / bracketing strategy

High Stakes Terms: “Holding open trades over news is allowed. Executing orders 2 minutes before until 2 minutes after high-impact news is not allowed.” The Prohibited FAQ adds the broader ban: “Bracketing strategy by opening pending orders around high-impact news” — placing buy/sell stops near price ahead of announcements. Hyper Growth permits news trading generally but excludes bracketing by the same T&C reference.

Circumvention / sole-discretion termination

The Terms of Service reserve “the sole and absolute discretion to accept or reject” any application, “to modify these Terms from time to time in Our sole discretion”, and to “conduct the User Verification Process at any time on our sole discretion”. A circumvention breach forfeits fees and the user is “not entitled to any financial refund for fees paid (including Evaluation fees)”.
